About Me

The seeds of my passion for holistic therapeutic arts were planted early in life. Born to a green-thumbed mother who gravitated toward self-taught herbal medicine, I grew up in a household where common childhood illnesses or injuries were treated with lovingly crafted tinctures, teas, poultices, compresses, and salves, often using herbs from our own organic garden.

Flash forward twenty years and here I am, a certified Kripalu yoga teacher for the better part of a decade, trained and certified as a master practitioner of shamballa energy healing and an intuitive healer. I graduated clinical massage therapy training at the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts in 2017. I have devoted my life to the study & practice of healing arts for trauma recovery, pain management, and living with chronic illness.

My yogic background is in vinyasa, restorative, yin, and yoga nidra. I have also received special training in chakra healing with the Elemental Mandala of Emotions. I’ve integrated bodywork with my background in Buddhist psychology, fine & movement arts,  intuitive healing, and cooking for health, to design holistic services that meet a variety of needs! My skills as a fine artist and facilitator of healing are combined to offer workshops and small group healing sessions that can include meditative drawing, movement/dance, and journaling.

You can book a session at the studio or I will drive to you with everything needed. Whether its clinical massage therapy, customized yoga classes, small group workshops/ healing sessions, lifestyle coaching, cooking classes, and personal grocery shopping, meal planning, or cooking. There are space and privacy requirements for yoga, movement and bodywork at your home or office.

The space I occupy is always LGBT+ affirming and supportive of diverse roots, races, and religious paths. Give me a call or send me an email so we can begin planning your first experience in healing.

I look forward to hearing from you.
